Be part of the HeartLine...
Hello LGBTQ+ Rochester! I am thrilled to be the artist for a new piece celebrating the LGBTQ+ community in Rochester, but I need your help to make it a success. I am looking for your memories of Rochester's LGBTQ+ community – maybe it's a photo of your favorite people or places, your kid's family drawing, a letter from a loved one, or an image of a memento from a fabulous event. Whatever it may be, I would like to include it in the panels of a public art piece that will be installed in the newly created Union Square building breezeway on Union Street. (See the above image for an idea of what it will look like.)
To participate, just click the UPLOAD button below and attach your image as a .jpg, or .png file that is 15MB or less. Then, fill out the contact form, and give me a brief description of what you sent. The click SEND. Please remember, these images should not be copyrighted by someone else or pilfered from the internet. I am looking for original content. Also, by sending it to me, you agree to let me use it in whatever form I think best for the project. Thanks again for contributing to the pulse of the HeartLine!
