Carrie here. Just a little bit about me. I am formally trained as an architect, and ran my own small practice for many years. I missed using my hands and making things, so now I focus on public art from design through fabrication to installation. My work explores our connections to the world, both internally in the form of memory and identity, and externally, as shaped by community and place. I believe in art's power to define a space and a time, and wish only that my work contributes to this power, and brings a little happiness to those that encounter it.
